David has over 20 years as an application programmer. Areas of expertise include multithread server applications, low level socket handling, mobile and telephony. In the mobile space David is experienced in end-to-end iOS App development and static libraries. iOS Apps developed by David have won national awards, been featured in Apple's "New and Noteworthy" section on the App Store and also on Gizmodo's "App of the Day" and "Essential Apps for the Month".

Prior to joining PlayXpert David operated his own consulting business, specializing in mobile application development and emergency notification services.

David also brings management experience. He co-founded and served as CIO for a leading legal transcription service during its highest growth years.
