Having spent years as both a PR agency executive and as a client, John has learned how to make the big ideas and best practices world of PR agencies thrive within the budget and results driven world of corporate marketing. Beginning his PR career in entertainment and personality publicity, John was also recognized as a political strategist and campaign innovator before settling into high tech PR more than 15 years ago. John drives corporate communications, social media and international PR for Mobility PR clients. Having extensive experience with major financial events including mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings, John possesses a solid understanding of government publicity guidelines and rules, including those in RegFD and Sarbanes Oxley. A leader of successful PR programs at early stage startups, century old Fortune 500 public companies and wide range of companies in between, John drove PR programs for Global Crossing, IBM and iPass and a long list of Internet pioneers, and is very experienced in subject areas ranging from enterprise mobility to IP network and carrier technologies. John has spoken on PR metrics at industry events such as the PRSA International Conference, and has written columns on PR on topics including metrics, financial events and social media.
